Texas Hearts Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving cardiac emergency readiness through AED placement, CPR training, and community awareness. Our mission is to ensure that individuals, businesses, and communities are better prepared to respond to sudden cardiac emergencies and save lives.
"Texas Hearts Foundation improves cardiac emergency readiness by raising funds to place Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), provide free and discounted CPR/AED training, support organizations with the development and improvement of Cardiac Emergency Response Plans (CERPs), and promote Sudden Cardiac Arrest awareness throughout rural and underserved communities."

READY is a cardiac readiness program designed to help schools, sports organizations for youth/minor/professional leagues, churches, and community groups strengthen emergency response through planning, training, awareness, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) readiness.

Organizations that meet the program standards receive READY Certification from Texas Hearts Foundation.
Certification is valid for one year and demonstrates a commitment to improving Sudden Cardiac Arrest preparedness.

CARE is a community-focused AED placement program designed to help cities, organizations, and community groups expand access to Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and strengthen cardiac emergency preparedness in public spaces such as parks, pavilions, complexes and anywhere else people live, gather, and participate in daily activities.
