Cardiac Emergency Response Plans

A Simple Process to Build a Safer Workplace

At Texas Hearts CPR LLC, we help schools, school districts, businesses, medical and dental offices, youth sports programs, minor league and professional sports organizations, manufacturers, industrial facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, data centers, corporate offices, churches, municipalities, and community organizations create structured Cardiac Emergency Response Plans that improve emergency preparedness and support workplace safety. Our process is designed to identify safety gaps, evaluate AED readiness, strengthen team response, and provide ongoing compliance support so your employees, students, athletes, customers, and visitors are protected when every second matters.

1. Initial Safety Assessment

Every Cardiac Emergency Response Plan begins with an on-site assessment of your current emergency readiness.

During this evaluation, we review:

  • Existing AED devices
  • CPR-certified personnel
  • AED pad and battery expiration dates
  • Device serial numbers and warranty status
  • First Aid and trauma supplies
  • Safety equipment placement
  • Emergency access points
  • High-risk areas within your facility

We also help identify your internal:

Cardiac Emergency Response Team (CERT)
The employees who would play a role during a cardiac emergency.

Initial assessment fees apply based on facility size and equipment.

2. Equipment & Readiness Recommendations

After the assessment, we provide recommendations to strengthen your emergency preparedness.

This may include:

  • Additional AED placement
  • Pads & Battery replacements
  • Better device visibility
  • Updated supplies
  • Trauma kits
  • Stop the Bleed kits
  • First Aid kits
  • Eye wash stations
  • Naloxone / Narcan kits

All recommended equipment can be purchased

directly through Texas Hearts CPR LLC.

3. Training & Program Implementation

Once your program is built, we help put it into action.

This includes:

  • CPR / AED certification training
  • Optional First Aid training
  • Team response roles
  • CERT team coordination
  • Equipment updates or replacements
  • Written Cardiac Emergency Response Plan
  • Emergency response procedures
  • Inspection schedule setup

This ensures your staff understands exactly what to do when every second matters.

4. Ongoing Management & Compliance Support

After implementation, we help keep your program current.

Our ongoing management can include:

  • Monthly AED inspection reminders
  • On-site inspections
  • Expiration tracking
  • Compliance documentation
  • Product replacement alerts
  • Certification renewal reminders
  • Annual program review

This helps ensure your emergency response plan remains active, organized, and ready.
